We’re David and WendiSue Nash — a husband-and-wife cleaning team based in Helena with 25+ years of combined experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Before we landed in Montana, we built our skills cleaning hotel rooms, hospitality facilities, and commercial spaces across Texas. That background shapes how we approach every commercial job: methodical, thorough, and accountable.
We work with offices, property managers, government agencies, and contractors across Lewis & Clark County. We’re fully insured, bonded, and licensed as independent contractors in the state of Montana — and we’re members of the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce. All documentation is available for bidding and contract purposes.
We bring our own eco-friendly products and supplies. Scheduling is flexible because we know a cleaning crew walking through at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday isn’t always practical. We work around your hours, not the other way around.
Janitorial & Office Cleaning
Regular janitorial service keeps your space presentable and your staff from having to think about it. We handle common areas, private offices, break rooms, and restrooms — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies as needed.
Scheduling is flexible: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever cadence makes sense for your operation. We’re consistent, we show up when we say we will, and we let you know if something needs attention.
Restroom Sanitation
Restrooms get the full treatment. We clean and disinfect all fixtures, surfaces, floors, and high-contact points using EPA-registered disinfectants. Supplies restocked, floors mopped, everything wiped down — not just the visible surfaces.
This isn’t a quick wipe and go. A properly sanitized restroom matters for your staff, your clients, and in some facilities, your compliance.
Floor Care
We handle hard floors and carpet. For hard surfaces, that means scrubbing, stripping, and waxing as needed. For carpet, we vacuum thoroughly and spot-treat stains. If your floors have been neglected for a while, we can assess what they need and tell you honestly what’s possible.
Regular floor care extends the life of your surfaces and keeps the space looking maintained — not just clean on a good day.
Post-Construction Cleanup
New construction and renovation sites leave behind a particular kind of mess: drywall dust in places you didn’t think drywall dust could reach, adhesive residue, debris, and the kind of grime that settles into everything. We’ve done this work before and we know what contractors need to hand a space off to a client or tenant.

Disinfection & Sanitizing
When a deeper level of sanitation is required — whether it’s cold-and-flu season, a post-illness protocol, or facility standards — we use EPA-registered disinfectants with a focus on high-contact points: door handles, light switches, countertops, shared equipment surfaces, and anything else that gets touched constantly and cleaned rarely.
