Moving is a lot. You’ve got boxes everywhere, a truck that’s bigger than you expected, and a checklist that keeps getting longer. The last thing you want to worry about is whether the oven is clean enough to get your deposit back — or whether the house you’re moving into is actually clean clean.
That’s where we come in.
David and WendiSue Nash have been doing move-in/move-out cleans long enough to know what landlords look for, what real estate agents mean when they say “broom clean” (spoiler: they mean more than a broom), and what it takes to walk into a new space and actually feel at home from day one.
Who This Is For
Move-in/move-out cleaning isn’t one-size-fits-all. We handle it for a range of situations:
Renters moving out — You want your deposit back. We clean to the standard most landlords and property managers expect, which is considerably more thorough than a typical weekly clean.
Homeowners listing a property — First impressions matter, and a deep-cleaned home photographs better and shows better. We handle the details real estate agents notice.
Buyers moving in — Even a “clean” house left by previous owners deserves a fresh start. We make sure it’s actually clean before your furniture goes in.
Landlords turning units — Between tenants, every surface needs to be reset. We move efficiently so your vacancy window stays short.
Property managers — We work with property managers throughout Lewis & Clark County. Documentation available on request, and we’re reliable enough to schedule around your turnover timeline.
What’s Included

- Cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors
- Countertops, backsplash, and sink
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans
Bathrooms
- Toilet, tub, shower, and sink — scrubbed, not wiped down
- Inside cabinets and medicine cabinet
- Mirrors, fixtures, and exhaust fan
All Rooms
- Baseboards and door frames
- Window sills and window interiors
- Light switches, outlet covers, and doorknobs
- Closet interiors (shelves, rods, floors)
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures

Throughout
- Walls wiped down for scuffs and marks
- Trash removed
- Final walkthrough to catch anything we missed
We bring all our own eco-friendly cleaning products — you don’t need to have anything on hand, even if the utilities are already off.
A Note on Scope
Every move-out situation is a little different. A studio apartment that’s been kept up is a different job than a four-bedroom rental that housed three college students and two dogs. We’re honest about that upfront, which is why we ask a few questions before quoting rather than posting a flat rate that won’t hold.
