What’s Included
Post-construction cleanup isn’t a standard cleaning. It’s a methodical, top-to-bottom process to get a freshly built or remodeled space ready for occupancy.
We handle:
- Dust removal — walls, ceilings, light fixtures, vents, and every horizontal surface where construction dust settles
- Window cleaning — interior glass, frames, and sills (including removing paint overspray and sticker residue)
- Floor scrubbing — hardwood, tile, concrete, and LVP; grout haze removal on new tile installations
- Fixture and cabinet cleaning — wiping down new cabinetry, hardware, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
- Debris removal — sweeping and disposing of leftover material, tape, plastic sheeting, and packaging
- Final detail work — baseboards, door frames, switch plates, and the finish work that makes the difference between “cleaned” and “ready”
We bring our own supplies and equipment. You don’t need to coordinate anything on that end.
