We’re David and WendiSue Nash, the two people behind Nautilus Group Cleaning Services (nautiluscleaning.com), a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Helena, Montana. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it. We’ve kept it plain on purpose — no legalese, no surprises.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, service type, and message. Phone number is optional — you only share it if you want us to call you. We don’t collect anything else through the form.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Plausible Analytics to understand general traffic patterns on this site — things like which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, does not collect personal data, and does not build behavioral profiles. We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Provide estimates for residential or commercial cleaning services

  • Follow up about the services you asked about

We don’t add you to a mailing list, share your information with marketers, or use it for anything beyond the conversation you started.

Cloudflare Turnstile — Our contact form may use Turnstile, Cloudflare’s CAPTCHA service, to prevent spam. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Plausible Analytics — We use Plausible to measure site traffic in an anonymized, cookieless way. See Plausible’s Data Policy.

Cookies

We don’t set any cookies. Plausible Analytics — our only analytics tool — is cookieless by design and does not track individual visitors. Third-party services listed above (Google, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies through their embeds and infrastructure; we don’t control those.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as they’re relevant to an active conversation or service relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to request that we delete it. Because we’re a two-person operation and not a data broker, this is straightforward: just reach out and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, let us know and we’ll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. We don’t anticipate frequent changes — this is a cleaning company website, not a data platform — but we’ll keep this page current if anything does change.
